For Very large cars or older American cars with large systems 75ml is recommended.For Commercial trucks and panel Vans or Tractor Lorry 100ml is recommended. The special mix of anti foaming agents, seal preservatives and pump conditioner, will remove squeaks and squeals from older power steering systems, softens judder or removes it completely. For newer cars make steering smoother, more responsive and helps protect from the main cause of system failure leakage from seals. One dose in a good system will last up to 10 years. IT actually fills micro scratches in metal surfaces providing a semi permanent wear barrier, good for up to 40,000 miles on 2litre LPG engine, 38,500 on 2litre Petrol engine 35,000 on a 2Litre Diesel engine. Example In a 1.8 litre diesel a single 250ml bottle will last for 40-43,000 miles in a 2 litre diesel this will be reduced by about 2.5% per 100cc worth of engine size over the 1.8 litre recommendation. so conservatively speaking it will last about 38,500 miles in a 2.3 about 36-38,000 miles about a 2.6 or if it is Turbo I would recommend adding 15ml for the Turbo and 15-20ml per 100cc of engine over 2.5 litre. It's not that you can use to much but using more then you need is a bit of a waste since you can only make the protective layer about 43,000 cleavage planes thick. After that the compounds lose the ability to maintain molecular cohesion. There is usually about 30ml worth of the Moly compounds left stuck to the inside of the bottle.
